Return & Refund Policy

At MarySol Studio, we take pride in the unique nature of our products. Every item you order is specially made-to-order just for you. This means we don’t keep a warehouse of pre-made stock, allowing us to reduce waste and ensure high-quality, custom designs.

Because of this personalized process, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. The Nature of Print-on-Demand

Since each piece is created upon request, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect size selection: We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Please review them carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
Incorrect shipping address: Please double-check your details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or was damaged during transit, we will make it right!

How to report an issue: Please contact us at marysolstudio.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (we’ve extended this from 7 to 14 days to build more trust with your US customers).

To expedite the process, please include:

Order Number (e.g., #1001)
Clear photos of the product laying on a flat surface, showing the defect or the wrong item received.
A photo of the shipping label on the package.

Once we verify the issue with our production partner, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

3. Cancellations

Because our production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to production and cannot be stopped.

4. Refunds (If applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to our made-to-order products.
