Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MarySol Studio. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Production Time (Made-to-Order)

Since all our products are custom-made specifically for you, they require a production period before they are shipped.

  • Processing & Production: Most orders are processed and printed within 2–5 business days.

  • Please note that production times may increase during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your item has been crafted and quality-checked, it will be handed over to our shipping partners. Estimated delivery times after production are as follows:

  • United States: 3–7 business days.

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination country).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs clearance for international orders.

3. Shipping Rates

We aim to keep our shipping transparent and affordable:

  • Domestic (USA): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States (or specify your flat rate if you decide not to do free shipping).

  • International: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your package directly through the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MarySol Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the local carrier directly before reaching out to us.

7. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at marysolstudio.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
